Our vision of being a 'People First' business is all about relationships. Building unbreakable relationships between our colleagues, partners, customers, and the community we live in. Our staff actively fundraise and volunteer with local and Utilize corporate charities.
Utilize enjoy a long-standing relationship with Havens Hospices. This charity provides palliative nursing and supportive care to adults and children with complex or incurable conditions.
In 2020 we were delighted to announce that we will work closely with our two new corporate charities Essex Wildlife Trust and Kids Inspire.

Bringing our 'People First' vision to life.
Our staff Community Days is just one example of how we bring our 'People First' vision to life within the business. Each staff member is encouraged to take two Community Days each year to offer something back to our local communities through their time and experience.
