With over 16 years of experience in the technology industry, Paul Clutton is Utilize’s Service Director, responsible for leading the Operations function and ensuring clients receive exceptional support and project delivery services. Having joined Utilize in 2013, Paul has progressed through the business from Call Coordinator to Service Director, gaining extensive experience across service desk operations, project delivery, and technical consultancy along the way.

Passionate about technology and its ability to drive business success, Paul believes technology should be an enabler rather than a barrier. He specialises in cloud solutions and infrastructure, with a particular focus on Microsoft Azure, and has a long-standing interest in automation and scripting, earning himself the nickname “script kiddy” long before AI became mainstream.

Known for his commitment to service excellence, continual improvement, and building trusted client partnerships, Paul is focused on helping organisations navigate technological change while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, tackling DIY projects (with varying levels of success), visiting theme parks, and indulging his passion for rockets, space, and LEGO. When possible, you’ll also find him happily planning his next Disney adventure.
