We realise that not every business has the same support requirements. We truly understand the importance of keeping your critical equipment operating. However we know that not all your equipment is mission critical many of our customers opt for very different support packages spread across different departments and hardware. Some choose a faster response package (4 hour response with 4 hour fix) for mission critical elements whilst opting for a lower package (8 hour response) for general elements of a system.

Your system is in safe and experienced hands - all our engineers and technical staff are trained and accredited by the major equipment manufacturers ensuring you a high level of quality of support.

Remote Support - Our continual investment in the latest technology means that we now offer the ability to fix, or even upgrade systems remotely, without the need to call out an engineer out on site. This means problems get fixed fast, with the minimum of disruption to your business. Of course, in the event that a site visit proves necessary, we’ll be with you on site fast.
